Does Free require an account?
No. Local Free use is independent of cloud sign-in.
Does Orvisor upload my repository?
No normal cloud path accepts repository content, prompts, diffs, terminal output, or local agent history.
Is remote approval available?
No. The approver PWA and relay are later phases.
